I was born and raised here in Olympia, WA.  I graduated from Tumwater High School in 2002 and went on to receive my Massage certificate from Alexandar's School of Natural Therapeutics in 2003.  In 2006 I attended The Salon Professional Academy and earned my certificate in Esthetics.

I specialize in injury treatment massage, however I integrate my training in Thai Yoga massage and sports massage into my treatments.  

I love to be outdoors with my two beautiful boys and amazing husband.  If we aren't working we are at the mountain hiking, playing in the snow or at our family farm in Darrington.
