Deep-tissue massage is one of the most effective methods of reducing chronic pain, improving joint mobility and restoring normal muscle function. Over a length of time, deep-tissue massage treatments can help break up and eventually eradicate scar tissue in and around the muscle tissue alleviating chronic pain and tension.  Deep tissue massage is often recommended for individuals who experience chronic pain, are involved in heavy physical activity and patients who have sustained physical injury.


SPORTS MASSAGE         $65/60min $90/90min
Sports massage focuses on muscles relevant to the event. For athletes who train continuously, the goal is to enhance endurance, lessen the chance of injury and shorten the time needed to recover from an event.  We utilize a variety of techniques such as Swedish Massage, trigger point therapy, and hydrotherapy. Prior to an athletic event, Sports Massage may be used with stretching in order to help athletes to loosen, warm and prepare their muscles so that their performance and endurance might be enhanced. Following an athletic event, Sports Massage may be used to relieve pain, prevent stiffness, and return the muscles back to their normal state. 

 

PRENATAL MASSAGE   $65/60min $90/90min

Prenatal massage is an instrumental ingredient in women’s prenatal care. Pregnancy puts stress on the muscles and joints of the low back and sacrum creating severe pain and discomfort especially in the last trimester.  Pamper this goddess with a package of 5 massages she deserves it!
